Full Day
$1,800 per lead counsel
Recommended when the parties’ total opening demands will exceed $250,000.
Includes all hours necessary to resolve the dispute, except another session.

Half Day
$900 per lead counsel
Additional time after the mediation’s scheduled end
will be billed at $300 per hour per side.

Smaller cases where no party will demand over $50,000
qualify for a “Small Case Fee” of $750 per lead counsel.
