Full Day
$1,800 per lead counsel
Recommended when the parties’
total opening demands exceed $250,000.
Includes all reasonable hours necessary to resolve the dispute, except another session.
Half Day
$900 per lead counsel
Additional time after
the mediation’s scheduled end will be billed at $300 per hour per side.
Smaller cases where no party will demand over $50,000 get a “Small Case Fee” of $750 per lead counsel.

EDR Mediation
$1,800 per lead counsel
EDR Mediation builds on the early mediation process to increase its potency.
Over roughly 30 days,
the mediator helps the parties:
1. Refine what’s really in dispute;
2. Trade sufficient information to bargain;
3. Assess the dispute’s risk-adjusted value; and
4. Engage in principled bargaining.
