$1,500 per lead counsel
Recommended when an opening demand exceeds $250,000

Half Day
$750 per lead counsel

Half Day — Smaller Dispute
$600 per lead counsel (by Zoom only) if:
(1) total opening settlement demands fall below $150,000; or
(2) parties dispute a property’s appraised taxable value.

FLSA Collective Action
$2,100 per lead counsel

Full day mediation fee includes going as long as needed that day,
but a half day fee does not.
