Full Day
$1,700 per lead counsel
Recommended when the parties’ total opening demands will exceed $250,000.
Includes all hours necessary to resolve the dispute, except another session.

Half Day
$750 per lead counsel
Additional hours beyond a 30-minute grace period
after the mediation’s scheduled end will be billed at $275 per side.
