The Montgomery County Bar Association tasked Alan with organizing and moderating a panel of both Business Court judges in the Houston Division. Mission accomplished!

The panel happened on 8.27.25 at the Black Walnut.

Along with Montgomery County District Courts’ rocket-docket, the Business Courts are now also a viable option to resolve business disputes.
